Rasdhara sells Indian food and snack products such as Banana Chips, Masala Peanuts, Chakli, Bhakarwadi, and other packaged snacks. Product images, descriptions, pack sizes, ingredients, prices, and availability may be updated without prior notice.

We try to ensure that product details are accurate, but minor variation in appearance, batch texture, color, taste, packaging, or availability can occur due to natural ingredients, preparation, and packaging processes.

Orders and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct name, phone number, email address, delivery address, pin code, and any other information required to process the order.

An order may be cancelled or delayed if the payment fails, the address is incomplete, the delivery location is not serviceable, inventory is unavailable, or customer verification is required.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Shipping timelines are estimates and can vary due to order volume, courier availability, customer location, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other factors outside Rasdhara's reasonable control.

Risk of delay increases when the delivery address is incomplete, the phone number is unreachable, or the customer is unavailable to receive the package.

Food Safety and Usage

Customers should read product labels, allergen information, storage instructions, best-before dates, and ingredient details before consumption. Snack products may contain or be processed around common allergens such as peanuts, nuts, gluten, sesame, dairy, or spices.

Rasdhara products should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed before the best-before date mentioned on the pack.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by Rasdhara's Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy available on this website.

Because Rasdhara sells food products, returns are restricted after delivery unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect as described in the applicable policies.
