Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation, subject to stock availability, order volume, public holidays, and operational conditions.
Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Partners
Rasdhara may ship orders through third-party courier, logistics, ecommerce, or delivery partners based on destination, serviceability, package size, and operational availability.
Courier partner selection may change from order to order.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines within India are generally 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for many serviceable locations. Remote areas, high-demand periods, weather events, holidays, or courier disruptions may require additional time.

Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to courier constraints, incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, payment verification, inventory issues, weather, strikes, local restrictions, or force majeure events.
Rasdhara will make reasonable efforts to support customers when delays occur, but courier or external disruptions may be outside Rasdhara's direct control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, account dashboard, or order status page after dispatch.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may take time to appear after the package is handed over.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, correct pin code, active phone number, and any delivery instructions needed for successful delivery.
Customers should be available to receive the order. Failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number may lead to return-to-origin, cancellation, extra charges, or reduced refund eligibility.
Delivery Issues
If the package appears damaged, tampered, leaking, or incorrect at delivery, customers should document the issue with photos or videos and contact Rasdhara support promptly.
