Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to Rasdhara snack and food products purchased through the Rasdhara website in India.

Food Product Return Restrictions

Because Rasdhara sells food and snack products, food products generally cannot be returned once delivered unless damaged, defective, expired, tampered, leaking, or incorrect items are received.

This restriction helps protect product quality, hygiene, food safety, and customer trust.

Eligible Return or Replacement Cases

A return, replacement, or refund review may be available if the delivered item is incorrect, visibly damaged in transit, defective, expired at delivery, opened before delivery, or materially different from the order confirmation.

Rasdhara may request photos or videos of the outer packaging, courier label, product pack, batch details, and the issue before approving any resolution.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are generally not accepted for opened food packs, consumed products, change of mind, taste preference, incorrect address, customer unavailable at delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or damage caused after delivery.

Minor variation in product appearance, texture, size, color, or spice perception may occur with traditional snacks and does not automatically qualify for return.

Return Request Window

Customers should contact Rasdhara support as soon as possible after delivery if there is a genuine delivery or product issue. Late requests may be rejected if verification is not possible.

Return Pickup and Inspection

If a physical return is approved, customers must keep the product, invoice, packaging, and labels available for pickup or inspection. Approval of pickup does not guarantee refund until the issue is verified.

In some food safety cases, Rasdhara may resolve the issue based on evidence without requesting the product back.

Resolution

Depending on the issue, Rasdhara may offer replacement, refund, partial refund, coupon, or another fair resolution in line with the Refund Policy.
