This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Rasdhara online snack orders in India and how refund requests are reviewed.

Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method or another approved method where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if the order is cancelled before dispatch, the product is unavailable after payment, the package is lost in transit, an incorrect item is delivered, or a product is received damaged, defective, expired, or unfit due to a verifiable issue.
Refund eligibility may require order ID, photos or videos of the package and product, delivery label, batch details, and a description of the issue shared within a reasonable time after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, leaking, opened, or incorrect product, contact Rasdhara support as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
After review, Rasdhara may offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, coupon, or other resolution depending on the issue and product condition.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for change of mind after dispatch, refusal to accept delivery without valid reason, incorrect address provided by the customer, customer unavailable at delivery, taste preference, minor natural variation in snack texture or color, or damage caused after delivery.
Shipping charges, cash handling charges, payment gateway fees, or promotional discounts may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Rasdhara.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5 to 7 business days after verification. The final credit timeline depends on the bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway and may take additional business days.
Rasdhara is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions after refund initiation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Rasdhara support with your order ID, registered contact details, issue description, and supporting photos or videos where applicable.
